MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Paul is a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org and an Agile Coach. He originally started off as an “analyst/programmer” way back in the early 1990s within very traditional waterfall environments (and therefore experienced first-hand the pain and challenges that this introduced when trying to deal with complexity). A number of years later he found his way into agility via using Scrum.With over 30+ years product development experience he has worked across multiple organizations with a particular focus around finance and including investment banks, hedge funds, wealth finance, risk and insurance.Having significant experience across all the Scrum accountabilities he is now an independent coach, mentor, trainer and speaker.
